Q1:How Much To Make A Sample?
A:The sample charge depends on the type of goods. The sample charge for the woven label is 10 USD. But for the other kinds of samples, it is about $30-$150. Besides, we can send the samples(about 10pcs) to you by Express. Please advise the Express NO., your company name, and address, if you prefer freight collection. If prepaid, the sample charge is $30 US$ by FedEx or DHL, etc. Making samples of the woven label, if not satisfied with the quality, we can make the second sample for free. The third sample has to be charged extra. If the customer changed the color, size, font, and design, there would have a new sampling cost.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept for international orders?
A: We accept several secure payment methods for international transactions, including Letter of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and in some cases, Document against Payment (D/P). T/T is commonly used with an initial deposit and balance payment upon shipment or presentation of shipping documents. L/C is often preferred for larger orders due to its security features.
Q3: Is a deposit required before production starts? If so, how much?
A: Yes, to initiate production, we generally require a deposit, which is typically around 30% of the total order value. This deposit secures your order and covers initial production costs. The exact percentage may be negotiable depending on the order specifics and our agreement.
Q4: When is the balance payment due?
A: The balance payment is usually due once the order is completed and ready for shipment, or after the buyer receives the shipping documents, depending on the agreed payment terms. For T/T payments, this typically means paying the remaining 70% before we release the goods and send the original documents.
Q5: Do you offer any payment terms for regular or high-volume customers?
A: For our established and high-volume customers, we may offer more flexible payment terms, such as extended payment deadlines or partial payments spread over time. These arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to credit checks and mutual agreement.
Q6: How do you ensure the security of payment transactions?
A: All our payment transactions are processed through reputable banks and comply with international financial regulations. For wire transfers, we use secure banking networks. In the case of Letters of Credit, the payment is guaranteed by the issuing bank, providing an additional layer of security.
Q7: Can you accommodate payment via PayPal or other online payment platforms?
A: While we primarily deal with traditional banking methods for large transactions, we understand the convenience of online payment platforms. Depending on the transaction size and customer preference, we may consider using PayPal or similar platforms, although additional fees may apply.
Q8: What is your policy on late payments or payment defaults?
A: Late payments are subject to interest charges as outlined in our contract terms. In case of payment default, we follow a structured collection process which may involve reminders, negotiation, and if necessary, legal action. We strive to maintain open communication to resolve any payment issues amicably.
